These terms govern the use of the website limitededitionaudio.com (the "Site"), published by Limited Edition Audio, a French SASU with registered office at 35 boulevard Saint-Michel, 91600 Savigny-sur-Orge, France. Your use of the Site is subject to these terms and to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Use of the VoxSplit Pro software is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), accepted during checkout or installation and available on the Site. These terms govern only the use of the Site itself. In the event of a conflict regarding the software, the EULA prevails.
All content on the Site (text, visuals, logos, trademarks, graphic elements) is protected and remains the property of Limited Edition Audio or its licensors. The Limited Edition Audio and VoxSplit Pro trademarks may not be used without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
The Moonbase entity identified as seller at checkout and on the receipt acts as reseller and Merchant of Record: it concludes the sales contract, collects payment, handles tax/VAT and provides the initial delivery. The order form, information presented at checkout and Moonbase's General Terms and Conditions for Buyers govern the sale. Limited Edition Audio licenses the Software under the EULA and handles product support and post-delivery product issues. Refunds and statutory rights are further described in the Refund Policy.
You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt to compromise its security or operation; distribute unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; impersonate a third party.
The Site is provided "as is," without warranty as to its continuous availability or the accuracy of its content. To the extent permitted by law, Limited Edition Audio shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., Moonbase, PACE/iLok). Limited Edition Audio is not responsible for their content or practices.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings before any court available under mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules. Disputes between business users and Limited Edition Audio are subject to the competent French courts.
Limited Edition Audio may update these terms for the future. The date shown above identifies the version in effect. A change does not retroactively alter a completed purchase or an accepted licence agreement, and material changes will be brought to users' attention where required by law.
