VoxSplit Pro is a downloadable software product, supplied as digital content and activated via an iLok licence. This policy describes our refund rules.
A free 7-day trial is available. It lets you test VoxSplit Pro on your own files, on your own machine, before making any purchase. We strongly recommend using this trial period to verify compatibility and results before ordering.
Under European Union consumer law, consumers are generally entitled to a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period.
However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right may cease once performance has begun if, before the download starts, you have given your prior express consent to immediate performance and expressly acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal. Downloading or activating the Software does not, by itself, replace the express consent required by applicable law.
Where the law requires it, that consent and acknowledgement must be collected during checkout and confirmed to you on a durable medium, such as the order-confirmation email. If those requirements are not met, the statutory withdrawal right is not lost merely because the product was made available, downloaded or activated.
This is precisely why the 7-day trial exists: it lets you evaluate the product risk-free before purchase.

These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not affect any mandatory consumer remedy, including remedies for non-conforming digital content.
The Moonbase entity identified as seller at checkout and on the receipt acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record: it concludes the sales contract, collects payment, handles tax/VAT and provides the initial delivery. Moonbase's General Terms and Conditions for Buyers and the information presented in the checkout apply to the sale. Limited Edition Audio licenses the Software under the EULA and handles product support and post-delivery product issues.
Any contractual ability to cancel an order before delivery under Moonbase's terms is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal. Making the Product available, downloading it or activating it does not, by itself, waive a mandatory withdrawal right; that right can end early only when the legal conditions described in §3 have been met.
Where a refund is due or granted, it is processed by Moonbase to the original payment method. You may contact support@limitededitionaudio.com for product issues and Moonbase for payment, invoice or checkout issues.
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity or any other non-excludable consumer remedy. Consumers may be entitled to have non-conforming digital content brought into conformity, to receive required conformity updates, to obtain a price reduction or, where the applicable legal conditions are met, to terminate the contract and receive a refund. The consumer notice in Section 11 of the EULA provides further information.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code provisions concerning consumer dispute mediation, after first contacting us and if you do not receive a response that satisfies you, you may use the following consumer mediation procedure free of charge:
