The Moonbase entity identified as seller at checkout and on the receipt acts as reseller and Merchant of Record for licence purchases: it concludes the sales contract, collects payment and handles tax/VAT and initial delivery. Limited Edition Audio licenses and supports the Software. See the Terms of Use, the Refund Policy and the End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

For disputes concerning Limited Edition Audio's own obligations as Site operator, software licensor or product-support provider, after first contacting us and if you do not receive a response that satisfies you, you may use the following consumer mediation procedure free of charge.
